Launch of Track & Trace App

Here at The Liverpool Film Studios, customer and staff safety is our main priority.

We have recently subscribed to an app that allows all visitors, clients and staff to sign in via various methods including through the app, use of a fob and the iPad installed in our reception.

This app allows us to track and trace all visitors to ensure that we can assist where we can if a COVID-19 case was brought to our attention.

We are taking this issue very seriously, and investing in the health & safety of our clients is essential.

Social Distanced Offices Available

We have individual offices that can be laid out in ways that meet with social distancing regulations. Whether you are looking to house 1 person on an ad-hoc basis through to 30 people within a building that has done everything necessary to meet with current public health recommendations then please do not hesitate to contact us.

In order to provide a safe working environment for our customers we have:

  • Undertaken an independent professional risk assessment and implemented all recommendations
  • Installed hand sanitising stations throughout the premises
  • Implemented the latest in customer, visitor and staff attendance monitoring to assist with any test and trace requirements
  • Implemented one way systems in order for people to adhere to social distancing within the premises
  • Installed new hot drinks facilities to prevent the amount of time people spend in tea points
  • Implemented new management procedures to ensure we operate the safest office environment possible

COVID: We are ready for the return to work

With office space schedule to re-open in August, we have done the necessary work to get ourselves ready. Having continued to provide space for key workers during the lockdown period the centre we have been developing our social distancing practices and maintaining a safe working environment for a number of weeks now.

Final preparations are being made for the return of our reception staff which will enable the resumption of all business support services from 3rd August.

One way systems are in place with sanitising stations, revised cleaning regimes in place and extensive guidance prepared to ensure that we provide a safe working environment for all of our customers.

We are also developing our own systems to help with Track & Trace using the latest cloud based IN/OUT and visitor monitoring technology to further enhance the safety of our site.

We now have space in Chester

We have just acquired a new business centre off the Sealand road to the West of Chester.  The site consists of 66 Offices and Units (primarily self contained) of varying sizes (from 150 – 2,000 sqft) which can be let on flexible monthly terms.

High Speed Internet Service Up and Running

We are now able to provide up to 100MB of shared (or dedicated) of bandwidth via our high speed leased line data service here at the Liverpool Film Studios.

Our customers are now benefitting from high speed, reliable business grade internet connections which are tailored to suit their exact needs.

New connections can be provided in a matter of minutes preventing the need to wait for network providers to undertake installations.

We are now working on the delivery of our new telephone services which will provide modern and economical solutions for our customers.

New High Speed Internet Service On Its Way

We have had the go ahead to install high speed leased line data services into the Liverpool Film Studios.  As a result we are upgrading all of the data services within the building and will be able to offer high speed wifi and hard wired connections to all of our customers.

Not only will we be able to provide a range of business quality data services, we will also be able to offer dedicated leased line connectivity which can be made available within a matter of hours for customers needing a premium grade service with un-contended bandwidth.

We are also upgrading our telephone services and will be able to provide a range of communication services that support modern flexible business models.

New Sainsbury’s Petrol Station and Store Opening

Sainsbury’s opened their petrol station last week and the brand new Great Homer Street store is scheduled to open at the end of the month.  This is exciting news for us here at the Liverpool Film Studios as Great Homer Street is less than a kilometre away from us and simply a short walk up Boundary Street for our occupiers.  Project Jenifer will bring a range of retail outlets along with McDonalds shortly which is fantastic news for the area.
